Spring Creek is a popular spot for swimming holes. Talk to locals for the best ones, as there is a pretty dangerous rapid about a half mile upstream of the town of Hot Springs. With rains, paddlers flock to tackle its big rapids. Spring Creek flows through the Pisgah National Forest corridor and joins the French Broad River at Hot Springs, NC.
